Where we ship

We currently ship Bluvora products to selected regions. Available shipping countries, methods, and rates are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Processing time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email with tracking details once it has shipped.

Estimated delivery times

Standard delivery windows (once shipped) are generally:

  • Domestic orders: 3–7 business days

  • International orders: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, customs, weather, and other factors outside our control.

Shipping fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight/volume, and selected service.

  • From time to time we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions; these will be clearly displayed on the website or at checkout.

Order tracking

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow its progress. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

Incorrect address or failed delivery

Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we can reship it to you for an additional shipping fee, or process a refund for the product(s) minus original shipping charges (where applicable).

Lost or damaged parcels

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

  • Keep all packaging and items.

  • Contact our support team within a reasonable time frame with photos and your order number.
    We will work with the carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue according to carrier and Bluvora policies.
